Nominations Committee

Composition:

The Nominating Committee shall be comprised of a minimum of three members of the general membership as appointed by the Board of Officers.

Duties:

- Prepare a slate of at least eligible candidates for President-Elect annually, and annually, in alternating years, of eligible candidates each for: Office of the Secretary and Office of the Treasurer.

- The slate shall provide a choice to the membership that considers the broad program interests and geographical regions of COONL.
